Where we ship
We ship to all provinces and territories in Canada.

Processing time
Many of our products are professional-grade equipment ordered from our suppliers. Processing times vary by product. After you place your order, we will email you an estimated ship date. If an item is delayed, we will contact you with options, including a free cancellation.

Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on orders over CAD $500.
- Orders under CAD $500 are charged the actual carrier rate, calculated at checkout.
- Large or heavy items (such as motorized TV lifts, racks and amplifiers) may require freight shipping. We will contact you with a quote before shipping.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Local pickup and installation
Customers in British Columbia may arrange delivery together with professional installation. Contact us for details.

Damaged shipments
Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours. See our Return & Exchange Policy for details.
