Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of goiot.pro and to any products or services provided by GO IoT PRO ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Website information
We make every effort to keep product information, specifications and images accurate. However, specifications, availability and product details may change without notice, and images are for illustration only. Product information on this website does not constitute an offer to sell.

2. Quotes and pricing
Prices are provided by quotation. Each quote states its validity period, normally 7 to 14 days from the date of issue. If no period is stated, the quote is valid for 7 days. Final pricing may change if the project scope, site conditions or manufacturer pricing change. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes, shipping and installation unless stated in the quote.

3. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed only when we accept it in writing and receive any required deposit. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including in the case of pricing errors or product unavailability, in which case any payment received will be refunded. Payment terms will be set out in your quote or invoice.

4. Installation and services
Where installation, programming or other services are included, the scope of work will be described in your quote. The customer is responsible for providing safe and timely site access and any information we reasonably request. Work outside the agreed scope, or delays caused by site conditions or third parties, may result in additional charges. Electrical work will be carried out in compliance with applicable codes, by or under the supervision of appropriately licensed professionals where required.

5. Shipping, returns and exchanges
Shipping, returns and exchanges are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Exchange Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you with warranty claims. Our workmanship on installation services is warranted as set out in your quote. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, power surges, or installation or programming by others.

7. Product voltage and regional versions
Some products are offered in different regional versions (for example, 120V North America or 240V International). It is the customer's responsibility to select the version suitable for the installation location. We are happy to advise before you order.

8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of use or loss of profit.

9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to GO IoT PRO or its licensors. Product names and brands such as Control4, Ekinex and KNX are trademarks of their respective owners.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
